This Card is a prepaid card and can be used to purchase goods and services on all websites and applications that accept master card or visa dollar cards. However, please note that you cannot use your virtual card on ATMs, POS terminals, and websites that require 3D secure authentication. The card cannot be used on a money transfer website.
